Returns & Exchange

CHRISTMAS RETURNS: ANY PURCHASES MADE BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY CAN BE RETURNED ANY TIME BEFORE JANUARY 16TH.

If you are unhappy with any products purchased from the Outdoor Scene website you can return them to us unworn, with all labels attached within 7 days to receive a no hassle exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued for the price of the merchandise only.

Please advise us of your intention to return products by emailing stephen@outdoorscene.com and/or contacting our retail department on 0845 258 2275.


Returning Goods

The goods should be repacked in their original packaging to:
Outdoor Scene, Units 15-16, Fall Bank Industrial Estate, Dodworth, Barnsley, S75 3LS. Please complete the enclosed returns form.

Please note that postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with a tracking facility. Outdoor Scene cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Faulty Goods

If you consider a product to be faulty due to manufacturing please advise us immediately by emailing us at amanda@outdoorscene.com and return to the above address, including a brief description of the fault.  For handling purposes we request that items are returned in clean condition.


How we refund

All refunds are made to the credit / debit card used to purchase the products. Refunds are not made in cash or in any other form of payment. Outdoor Scene will arrange to credit your card at the very earliest opportunity after receipt and acceptance of the returned item(s).
