If you need protection from the harsh heat of the sun, it has a ‘floating yoke’ with mesh lining over your shoulders to allow cool air to circulate. It also has a collar that folds up twice to protect the back of the neck from ultra violet rays.
The sleeves can be worn down to protect from the sun and insect bites or rolled up and secured with buttoned tabs if you want to cool down.
As well as a tabbed pocket on the arm, there is a semi concealed zipped security pocket on the chest, which is very handy when travelling.
